Clinical Lead - RGN or RMN - Elderly Care in Canterbury

Leading recruiters-Point 9 are currently seeking a CLINICAL LEAD for our client who own a warm, friendly Medium sized nursing home near Canterbury, Kent. Our client are a committed care provider looking for a knowledgeable RGN or RMN with supervisory experience looking for a good career move . The aim of the role is to provide best clinical advise to all staff and also care to the clients. The successful person must have strong knowledge of care plans and CQC regulations and outcomes so that the person can manage the care successful so that the home can provide the best possible care for their clients. Main Responsibilities: To carry responsibility for the management of the unit during the day Develop the skills of the care team Promote and maintain a high standard of nursing care To ensure effective induction of all staff, together with clinical supervision of trained staff, mentorship and assessment of student nurses and induction of new care staff. Work closely with the Manger in relation to Care plans Monitoring of procedures to ensure consistency and best practice to promote and uphold high standards of care and support for all clients. Qualifications & Experience required RGN or RMN A dedicated caring professionally qualified nurse who has supervisory experience and is passionate to provide quality care and also mentoring new staff to ensure best practice through out the service.
