Job Description
We are recruiting for a Dutch and French Speaking customer service team member to join the Order to Delivery (OTD) Team within our successful shared service centre in Brighton. The successful candidate will be required to interact and communicate with our customers in the Dutch and Belgian markets and provide expert knowledge to various business functions. Each Team Member looks after a portfolio of accounts ensuring that service levels are met and customer orders are delivered accurately and on time as well as ensuring that stock levels at the customer’s distributions centres / warehouses are within required levels. Team Members are in charge of stock levels and placing orders for the customer. The successful candidate must be fluent in the Dutch and French languages, reliable, personable and have the ability to build strong relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Capturing orders in various formats, processing them and managing any subsequent changes. Dealing with enquiries/queries relating to the OTD process.
• Proactively managing the day-to-day requirements for own customer portfolio.
• Maintenance of relevant systems with valid information.
• Developing strong working relationships with key customers.
• Managing the collection/returns of product process to resolution.
• Networking and building relationships with internal customers.
• Applying customer logistics initiatives.
