Marketing Manager - Marketing projects and events
The Marketing Department are currently looking for a very hands on Marketing Project Manager Manager to join a 3-person marketing team for CSUK, the private banking arm of Credit Suisse in the UK. The Marketing team is responsible for development and execution of marketing strategy, plans and programs in support of achieving the goals and targets of the CSUK business. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Project Management for specific marketing projects e.g. premium events, sponsorships and external communications targeting U/HNW Individuals. Ensuring strict adherence to Brand guidelines on all occasions Actual projects will depend on 2011 Marketing plan- Work together with the central internet team to maintain and constantly improve CSUK web pages and monitor the competition- Creating new marketing collateral; ensuring all collateral remains updated- Tracking of marketing effectiveness on a regular basis- Control of the budgeting and invoicing process- Support in development of marketing plans that fit the overall business strategy and marketing guidelines- Liaison with global PB Marketing team to leverage the bank's marketing capabilities and share best practice- Communication to and management of key stakeholders – including the UK Business/Relationship Managers, Corporate Events, Sponsorship, Advertising and LCD - Ensuring all work is legally compliant and in line with internal guidelines and procedures- Ensuring all risks are identified, managed, controlled and where relevant, escalatedPlease note; this will be a very hands on role and will require someone happy to deal with the administrative side of marketing and events coordination as part of their day to day activities. Event management will at times require some flexibility in working hours.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in a marketing role- Experience and excellence in project management and event management- Efficient administration and organisational skills- A solid understanding of marketing principles- Good communication and influencing skills- Strong people skills- Previous experience in the banking/financial industry would be desirable- A university degree- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills .
