Red Hat generates thousands of business leads in EMEA every quarter, through campaigns, events and other activities. As Supervisor of the Lead Management function, this position will take responsibility in ensuring that they are handled to the maximum benefit of Red Hat's business.

Responsibilities include:

- Line management, hiring, training and development of 6 EMEA Lead Management Reps based in Farnborough
- Run quarterly professional development meetings with your team
- Communicate a clear and progressive career pathway for all direct reports
- Lead Liaison between Marketing and Sales, participating in weekly EMEA calls
- Agreeing activity metrics with stakeholders and driving the Team to exceed their KPIs and to deliver agreed SLAs to the business
- Own accurate and timely Lead Management reporting at regional level while owning a high level dashboard in Salesforce.com to make all numbers available to senior stakeholders at any time
- Ensure Lead Management activities are aligned to the specific needs of countries and regions

Job Requirements

------------

- Minimum 1 year experience of team leading or managing a small diverse team of internal sales / customer service professionals
- A high degree of customer focus
- Understanding of Sector Marketplace preferred
- Full understanding of a sales cycle and the importance of lead qualification
- Strong written and verbal skills
- An excellent track record of winning support from multiple stakeholders to achieve your goals
- Experience of managing people through influence and KPIs
