Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisors in Sheffield

My Welfare to Work client  based in Sheffield city centre are looking to recruit Welsh speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their new contact centre. These roles are permanent paying between £16 to £21k depending on experience.Summary of the responsibilities are as follows:

Reviewing customer records
Inputting details onto  systems (accuracy of data entry is very important)
Calling the customer and conducting an assessment (call handling skills are very important)
Booking the customer an appointment at one of the Partner offices
Placing a letter and map in the post
Updating the conversation with the customer onto our system
Where customers cannot be contacted sending letters and booking appointments and submitting communications to local office staff.
Raising errors and issues with the Team Leader.
Possible submission of paperwork to DWP

The Contact Centre is open between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday therefore there will be a shift pattern and you will be required to work occasional Saturdays. Please email anna@amrl.co.uk
