Working knowledge in all tool room related machines.(lathe,surface grinding,milling,drilling,bench grinding m/c) Operating tryout press with capacity of 2200 ton for die correction purpose. Able to handle profile grinders,baby grinders,buffing grinders,angle grinders,etc.. Troubleshooting through 4M techniques (Man, machine, material and methods) and solving problems thro TQM / QC Story methodology Implementing new kaizen activities. Ensuring good 5S at shop floor
