 Working in the NRI team and managing the end to end process of account opening, account activation and closures.  Working closely with internal control teams and branches to ensure a smooth delivery to customers  Addressing customer queries and grievances. Providing them with solutions or routing them to appropriate teams for further assistance.  Responsibility of promoting new products and offers, supporting the sales process and accurately producing all customer documentation including instructions to external professionals. Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, customers & valuers

 Providing a quick and accurate service to customers behind the till as well as in the dinning areas / drive thru.  Supervising delivery of stock checking for discrepancies in stock delivery.  Working with colleagues in timely dispatch of stock on shelves.  Carrying out stock count and updating stock figures.  Maintaining Cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store  Training & Supporting new crew members.

 Lead a group of 8-10 team members  Ensure that the contracted services are set up and maintained  Coordinate with various responsible personnel regarding the provision of needed services and arrangements.  Maintain surveillance to assure that the provided services and arrangements met the expressed needs of the client.
